Plum Polenta Breakfast

  • 3/4 cup Plum Compote
  • 3/4 cup leftover polenta
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • cinnamon
  • honey
  • slivered almonds
  1. reheat polenta in microwave or on stovetop
  2. top with yogurt and plum compote
  3. sprinkle with cinnamon, honey and slivered almonds
