I started doing yoga regularly ten years ago when it was offered through my high school surf team. During college I continued to practice a few days a week to manage my stress and come back to myself. When I moved back home I decided to pursue teacher training. I didn’t intend to become a teacher really, it was more to deepen my practice and because I didn’t really have any other desire to do anything else.  But the deeper I dove into all aspects of yoga, the more I wanted to spread my love of the practice with others. I now teach all over San Diego (but mostly North County) and absolutely love every minute of it. My favorite style is Vinyasa and my favorite pose is Eagle (Garudasana), at the moment.  I will use this page to share my favorite stretches, playlists, my public class schedule and other yoga tidbits.
